Michael Krondl is a Czech/Canadian artist living in New York.  He uses both sculpture and photography to create site specific installation pieces.  Over the years he has designed outdoor installations using very large scale prints of clouds in spaces usually reserved for billboards.  Particularly intriguing is the way these pictures erase part of the cityscape while, at the same time pointing to the actual sky the buildings have usurped.
